Our goal is to make your stay pleasant, memorable and completely trouble free. We encourage you to contact us at any time before or during your stay if we can assist in any way!

Check In/Out
Check in time is 3 p.m. unless otherwise arranged. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged.

No Smoking
The Maverick Flat guest house is a no-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside the guest house unless restricted by owners due to dry weather.

Departures
Un-arranged late departures may result in an additional charge of up to the cost of a full night's lodging. Please be out by 11 AM unless you have prearranged a later departure.

Cleaning
Please leave the guest house in a reasonably clean condition. This includes stove, dishes and other kitchenware. A $50 cleaning fee may be added if, in the judgment of the owner the guest house is left in an excessively dirty or cluttered manor.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the guest house or on the ranch. This rule is for the mutual safety of our guests and our livestock.

Noise
Maverick Flat Retreat is an isolated retreat. We ask that guests help us maintain this quiet solitude.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To secure your reservations a deposit of half is due at the time of your reservation.  The balance is due upon arrival.

 Maverick Flat Retreat will gladly refund the full amount of the reservation when given at least a 14-day notice.

 Reservations canceled with less than a 14 day notice or no shows will be charged 50 percent of the total reservation.
Refund consideration will be given for special circumstances or if we are able to re-rent the guest house for the same days.

 

We accept Visa/Master/Discover credit cards, and cash.
