RATES:
$165.00 per night, two night minimum, for single or double occupancy, $30.00 for each additional person. Or 6 to 7 nights for $990.00 for single or double occupancy. Plus tax.
We accept Visa/Master/Discover credit cards, and cash.
Late change of plans? You can call us the same day that you would like to stay, and we would be glad to have you as our guest if the house is not already booked for that time.
To secure your reservations a deposit of half is due at the time of your reservations. The balance is due upon arrival.
Maverick Flat Retreat will gladly refund the full amount of the reservation when given at least a 14 day notice.
Reservations canceled with less than a 14 day notice or a no show will be charged 50 percent of the total reservation. Refund consideration will be given for special circumstances or if we are able to re-rent the guest house for the same days.
