Although Maverick Flat is an out-of-the-way retreat, we're easy to find and easy to get to.

Maverick Flat is in the Southwest corner of New Mexico, north of Lordsburg and southeast of Silver City. To get here, travel to Lordsburg and take New Mexico Highway 70 north, a little less than 3 miles from Lordsburg, turn right at 464, at the sign that says "Redrock" for 19 miles to Anderson Rd. turn left. This is a un-paved road for 2 1/2 miles, we are on the second house on the left.  Alternately, if you are traveling from Silver City, take Highway 90 south to Highway 70 and turn right go 1 mile to the 464 Redrock Road.

 Watch for cattle and other animals on the road: This is open rangeland, and cattle, antelope, deer and other animals may cross your path.
